I scream for ice cream! Ice cream is everyone’s favourite dessert, be it with brownies, cookies, or just alone. Unfortunately, ice cream is packed with sugar and with its smooth texture, it’s easy for us to consume a large amount at one go. Try out this Green Tea Pistachio Ice Cream, but don’t be deceived by the ingredients, its taste is still the same, or maybe even better.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup pistachio

Steps

  1. Cover cashews in water and soak overnight.
  2. Rinse and drain.
  3. Blend together cashews and remaining ingredients until thick and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
