Sweet Potato Fries

Fried potatoes, loaded with salt is loaded with excess carbohydrates and sodium. How about trying some sweet potato fries? The only difference is that it tastes better!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • ¼ tablespoon black pepper
  • ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Line a sheet tray with parchment. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with just enough OIL to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with House Seasoning and paprika.
  4. Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
